With an auto repair that will cost over $3,000 I decided to take a look under my hood to see if I could spot any problems. The only item I have ever touched is the oil dipstick in the lower left corner. All the other wires, tubes, nuts, clamps and hoses are a mystery. I figured if I could see the problem then I should be able to fix it with some Duck Tape. To me everything looks in order.

I think I see your problem. Your whoziwhatsit is partially detached from your thingamabob, thereby allowing fluid to leak from your thingamajig.
I knew it. Why didn’t I catch that.
